We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.  Any refunded orders incur a 3% credit card processing fee.  Any orders that received free shipping will incur the actual shipping charges of the order.  This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Customers are responsible for the cost of returned shipping.  If free shipping was received, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the actual shipping cost to the customer.

Damages and Shortage 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All damages and shortages must be reported with 72 upon delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, discontinued, or clearance items or on gift cards.

Restocking Fee
Returns may be assessed a restocking fee and administration fee of 20%.  This fee will be deducted from the transaction purchase amount.  This fee at our discretion may be waived under certain circumstances.  A notification will be addressed to the customer regarding the restocking and administration fee to be charged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the dollar amount of the refund that was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus 3% processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  A 3% percent processing fee is assigned regardless to all refund of any form.
